A. Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached model cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of exercising the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your cancellation of this contract.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract, to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery. This applies in particular to swimwear where the hygiene strip or hygiene protection has been removed.

General Notes

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components where possible. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.

2) Please do not return the goods without postage.

3) The above notes are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.
