Prices

All prices include the applicable statutory value added tax. Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Costs

Germany: €5.90 flat rate per delivery. Free shipping within Germany on orders over €150.

EU (Premium Shipping): €12.90 – free on orders over €200.00.

Switzerland (Premium Shipping): €16.90 – free on orders over €200.00.

Other Countries (Premium Shipping): €30.00.

Taxes and Duties

For deliveries to Switzerland, customs duties are collected by DHL on behalf of Swiss customs upon delivery. The fees depend on the items ordered. For questions regarding customs duties, please contact Swiss customs directly.

Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to additional import taxes and duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting the relevant customs authority in advance.

Delivery

Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer. We make every effort to deliver your order in a single shipment. Should a partial delivery be necessary, no additional costs will be incurred.

Goods marked as in stock will be handed over to a shipping carrier no later than the third business day after full payment has been received. Delivery within Germany typically takes 2–4 business days.

If an item is not available within the specified period, we will inform you of the earliest possible delivery date or reserve the right to withdraw from the contract.
